1. One of the most fun & unique couple shooting locations to date. This is the only wedding I have done where I truly saw the couple having fun during the couple shoot, a core part of the wedding film & photos upon final delivery. You are carted around on a golf cart down to the lake adjacent to the golf course which also has a small meadow. It made for the perfect amount of candid authenticity while simultaneously creating a more intimate space to capture the connection of the wedding couple. This whole feature of the venue is the major selling point in my opinion, not to mention that they provide a picnic with a blanket & treats too! Really enabled the couple to enjoy themselves for a moment away from all their wedding guests.

2. Although the venue itself is standard much like many others across Ireland, the staff were entirely contentious from the moment the couple stepped out of their wedding car into the venue. I could see from a fly on the wall perspective that they genuinely wanted everything to go as smooth as possible for the couple. From organising the walk in to getting the dinner out to the wedding guests with efficiency, there was a real care there which makes all the difference. Having caring staff in my humble opinion is something I’d choose any day over a nice venue where you aren’t valued is the point here. Mount Wolseley truly delivered in this regard.
